Customer Registration

1	Select a profile to register against.

Register as a user for a current profile
Register as a customer user if directed by your organisation or Login Manager. Select the relevant profile for your organisation to register with. Your choice will be validated by the Login Manager as part of the process before you will have access to the IDOX Customer Area. If your organisation profile is not available below then please contact your Login Manager or your IDOX Account Manager who may enable the profile.

Register as a Login Manager Candidate only if you have been asked to do so by your IDOX Account Manager or other IDOX staff. Once validated by an IDOX Administrator you will be responsible for managing a profile for your organisation.

¹ Organisation is mandatory only when registering as a login manager.

3	Enter your chosen username and password. Don't forget re-enter your password to confirm.

• Username	Min 6 characters / Max 20
• Password	Min 6 characters / Max 15
• Confirm password	Min 6 characters / Max 15
